About us
We love all things small and want to share the joy of miniatures with others. We are based in Texas but span the country. We are a nonprofit organization committed to the education and promotion of the art and hobby of miniatures. We welcome all miniaturists, artisans, and collectors. We strive to increase awareness of miniatures and promote the love of the hobby and art.
- We meet twice a year:

SAM's Birthday Party is held in the spring (February); the location rotates each year between Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, and Waco. Each Party is free to SAM members. We spend the day crafting the project designed by the host club. The host club also provides instructions and examples. Browse SAM's photo albums online for examples! - Wonderful Workshop Weekend is in September and held in Killeen, Texas. What can you expect?
Friday Night:
Workshops- Saturday: Workshops, Silent Auction, Sales Room, Banquet with Live Auction
- Sunday: Breakfast Buffet, Annual Meeting, Sales Room
- We encourage members to interest the youth of their area by starting children's miniature clubs. We offer funds to help with starting a children's group.
